Logging into Your Account

This document describes how to gain access to your Surveys account as well as the Portal page through an ordinary or single sign-on.

Portal is the heart of Surveys and is where you are able to make, manage, evaluate or collaborate on projects. To access your own personal Portal you first need to log in with the account you have created in your Surveys account.

1: Logging In

To log in to Surveys, navigate to the Forsta website at https://www.forsta.com and click Login at the top right of the page. Choose the FocusVision products you want to access, including Decipher. Select surveys from the options. Alternately you can click Sign in on the upper right-hand corner of this page to sign in using Forsta Single Sign-On (Forsta SSO).

2: Account Types

You have three options you can select from. Choose the one you’d prefer to use according to your type of account:

Standard Login In the event that you’re connecting to the same account as your Surveys Account as well as your Forsta SSO account Enter your username and email and then click Sign In.
Google Login: If you have a Google email address that is linked with your Surveys account Click to open the Google icon. If you’re already logged into your Google account then you will automatically be taken into Surveys Portal. Surveys Portal.
Microsoft Login: If you have a Microsoft email address that is linked with the Surveys Account, simply click on the Microsoft icon. If you’re already logged into your Microsoft account and you click the Microsoft logo, you will be taken onto your Surveys Portal.

Tips: If you’re not currently logged in to or logged into your Google or Microsoft account you will be asked to enter your login details prior to redirecting.

Whatever method of login that you decide to use You must also agree to the Forsta cookie policy to log into your account. To accept this policy on cookies you must click”Accept” at the bottom of the page. The “Accept button is located at the end of the screen.

Once you’re registered, you are able to start creating and managing projects with the tools offered by the Surveys Portal. For more information about Portal tools and features for projects, click here.

3: Forsta Single Sign-On

Single login across all Forsta products previously as part of the FocusVision brand allows your customers to use a single username and password for access to all products (Surveys Digital Interviews Digital Diaries, video insights, and Panel Management) that your business uses.

3.1: Logging In with Forsta Single Sign-On for the First Time

When you log in to Surveys by using Forsta Single Sign-On (Forsta SSO) for the first time, you’ll be asked to establish your brand new Forsta SSO password.

If you had an existing Account with Surveys prior to creating Forsta SSO, follow the instructions below for existing Surveys Users. guidelines below.

If you’re a new user of Surveys, you must adhere to this set of new Surveys user guidelines below.

3.1.1: Existing Surveys User

If your organization has activated single sign-on, once you type in your email on your Surveys login page your password will appear by the words “Single sign-on enabled”.
Click Continue to be directed you to the single-sign-on site and then enter your password.
1. If you’re the first to try using single sign-on you will be required to verify your account after you have entered your existing Surveys (formerly Decipher) password. You will receive an email from@home.focusvision.com. Follow the directions included in that email confirm your account , and reset your password.
2. After you reset your password you’ll automatically be registered.
After logging in via the single sign-on page, click Surveys From the list of available products.

3.1.2: New Surveys User

When you are set up as a new user in Forsta Surveys and your company has enabled Forsta SSO, you will receive an email from no-reply@home.focusvision.com inviting you to set your password.
Follow the directions included in your email confirmation to verify the account and create your password.
Once you have set your password, you’ll automatically be connected.
After you have signed in using the single sign-on, go to the single sign-on page and select Surveys from the list of items.

Following Steps To Login

Step 1: Go to the official Freedomsoft login page by clicking the link below.
Step 2: When you click the link, a new tab will open, allowing you to continue reading the guide and, if necessary, perform troubleshooting steps.
Step 3: Enter your username and password to log in.
Step 4: After you’ve successfully logged in, you should see a message that says “Congratulations!”
