- Only authorised Dyson dealers are available at Best Buy, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Lowes, QVC, and Target.
- The item must be brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging. It cannot have been used, returned, opened, “closed out,” “clearance,” or be an excellent demonstrator.

Exclusions
Nordstrom Rack, Woot, and Zulily are the only authorised sellers of refurbished products. Please keep in mind that third-party marketplace vendors who are not specifically mentioned here have been excluded.
It cannot be less expensive if the product’s price is incorrect due to an error in advertising or a printing error.
The Dyson Supersonic, Airwrap, and Corrale are not eligible for price matching.
Dyson will not honour a lower advertised price if it is the result of a violation of their unilateral advertising and pricing policy, or if it would violate any other Dyson rule in the process.

Dyson’s return policy
If you send it back to Dyson, you can return a Dyson.com purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Purchases made at a Dyson Demo Store or a Dyson Service Center must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you return your items through Dyson Direct, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs.

- Before an order can be returned, it must be returned. Returns that are not authorised or “billing-on-receipt” will not be accepted.
