- To use the Patient Portal, users need to have a DS Logon account, even if they do not have an account with MyPay (or the common access card (CAC)).
- To register, click “Need an Account” under the “DS Logon” column.
- MHS Genesis must verify your identity in order to ensure high cybersecurity levels and the security of your health information. In order to do this, you must respond to four different questions.
