Patients at UTMB Health who are 14 years of age or older can open a MyChart account.
Options For Patients Ages 14–17 Years To Register:
Utilization of UTMB Health MyChart must activated during a clinic visit for our teen patients, ages 14 to 17. We encourage any of our teen patients who are interested in enabling MyChart access to bring up the subject with their physician at their upcoming appointment.
Options For Patients 18 Years And Older To Register:
Ask a nurse or doctor to assist you in activating an account when you sign up at your subsequent clinic visit!
When checking in, ask the front desk Patient Services Specialist for an access code. Alternatively, you can locate your access code after your appointment on your After Visit Summary (AVS). On the MyChart Signup Page, use this code to activate your MyChart account.
